Under his leadership, the firm has established market dominance in the $1M+ segment, representing some of the region’s most significant residential properties and setting the standard for elevated client service.
Prior to affiliating with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019, Rob founded and scaled Sage Realty Partners into one of the fastest-growing independent brokerages in the market. His approach combines disciplined execution, strategic marketing, and a deep understanding of high-value transactions—positioning him as a trusted advisor to discerning buyers and sellers.
Rob’s professional foundation is defined by service, precision, and leadership. He spent a decade in the United States Army, serving two combat deployments to Iraq and achieving the rank of Captain. His military honors include the Bronze Star Medal and Purple Heart, reflecting both leadership under pressure and personal resilience.
Following his military service, Rob earned his law degree magna cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review and President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity. He went on to practice as a litigation attorney at a Fortune 500 energy company, developing the analytical and negotiation skills that now underpin his success in complex real estate transactions.
Today, Rob is recognized not only for consistent multi-million dollar production, but for his role in shaping the real estate landscape in Oklahoma. His clients value his discretion, strategic insight, and ability to navigate high-stakes transactions with clarity and confidence.
Rob lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and four children. He remains actively involved in the community through his leadership and philanthropic work, including service with the Warriors for Freedom Foundation and longstanding involvement in veterans’ organizations.
