Rob Allen is the Founder & CEO of Sage Sotheby’s International Realty multi-state real estate brokerage with offices in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Kansas City. Under his leadership, Sage has grown from a small independent firm in Nichols Hills into a regional Sotheby’s International Realty organization with a significant presence in the luxury residential market.
Rob founded the company as Sage Realty Partners in 2017. In 2019, the firm became the first Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in Oklahoma, establishing a platform for continued growth across the region. Sage expanded into the Kansas City market in December 2024 and has since continued building its presence throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.
As CEO, Rob leads the firm’s strategy, growth, culture, brokerage operations, and market expansion. His focus is on building an organization where experienced real estate professionals can deliver exceptional service while leveraging the global reach, marketing capabilities, and heritage of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Although his primary role is leading the brokerage, he remains actively engaged in the practice of real estate and continues to advise select clients, keeping him closely connected to the work of the firm’s sales associates and the markets they serve.
Before entering real estate, Rob spent ten years in the United States Army, including two deployments to Iraq, and completed his military service as a Captain. His decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, three Army Commendation Medals, and Combat Infantryman Badge.
Following his military service, Rob earned his law degree magna cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he served on Law Review and as President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity. He subsequently practiced as a litigation attorney with a Fortune 500 energy company, managing complex disputes and advising clients on significant business and legal matters. He remains a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Rob has been recognized by The Journal Record as one of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs in 2025 and as an Achiever Under 40 in 2020, and by Friday as one of its Most Powerful Young Professionals in 2025.
His commitment to service continues through his work on behalf of Oklahoma veterans. Rob serves as a Commissioner on the Oklahoma Veterans Commission and supports the Warriors for Freedom Foundation and other veterans’ organizations across the state.
Rob lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and their four children. The family are parishioners of Christ the King Catholic Church.
